Feliz Ano Novo!! Happy New Year!! Sretna nova godina!! Gutes Neue Jahr

Faz um bocado de tempo que nao escrevo nada..... quase 1 ano. 2010 foi bastante corrido mas muito bom e tenho novidades maravilhosas para 2011. Vamos ter um bebe!! Um menininho esta pra chegar daqui so a 2 meses :) Espero com isso poder retomar meu trico.

It has been quite a long time since my last post.... almost 1 year to be exact. 2010 was really messy but at the end very good and I do have wonderful news for 2011. We are having a baby!! A little boy will arrive in about 2 months from now :) I hope then I can get back to knitting.

Prošlo je puno vremena od mog zadnjeg post-a.... točnije jedna godina. 2010. je bila vrlo zbrkana ali jako dobra i imam novost za 2011. Dobit ćemo bebu!!! Mali dečko će stići za dva mjeseca. Nadam se da ću onda opet imati vremena za pletenje.

Es gab schon lang seitdem ich ein "post" geschrieben habe..... ein ganzes Jahr. 2010 war ein bissen unordentlich aber sehr sehr gut und ich habe wunderbare Nachrichten für 2011. Wir werden ein Baby bekommen!! Ein kleiner Bub werdet in zwei Monate kommen :) Ich hoffe das ich mein Stricken wieder angefangen kann.

Ooooiiii gente,

Resolvi postar agora, logo no início do ano, todos os projetos que eu começei nos ultimos 2 anos e ainda não terminei (que vegonha!!). Vamos ver se isso me ajuda a terminar todos até o fim desse ano. Outra pequena novidade é que eu *finalmente* comprei um "yarn winder" e meu marido adotou um gatinho para nós dois (ela não é tão filhote e pesa quase 5 kg, bem grandinha para uma menina) :). Uma tricoteira não está completa sem um gato para brincar com minas bolas de lã!!! Miau!!! O nome da mocinha é Susan.

I decided as a new year resolution: to post all my UFOs from the last 2 years (shame!!!!). Let's hope this helps me to finish all of them within this year. Another news is that I *finally* bought a yarn ball winder and my husband got us a little kitty (actually she's not a kitten, she has almost 11 lbs, quite a big missy) :). A knitter is not complete without a kitty to play with my yarn balls!!!! Meow!! Btw, her name is Susan.

Odlučila sam “post-ati” ovdje sve moje nedovršene projekte iz zadnje dvije godine. Nadajmo se da će mi to pomoć svršiti ih u ovoj godini (sramota!!!). Druge novosti su da sam kupila “yarn ball winder” i moj muž nam je nabavio malu macu (nije mala maca, ima 5kg pa prilično je velika) :) . Pletilja nije prava bez mace koja se igra s klupkom vune!!! Tô passando aqui so pra dar um aviso. Bom, eu ja escrevo o Blog em Português e Inglês, daqui em diante vou comecar a tentar escrever os "posts" em Croata também :o).
Faz muito pouco tempo que estou aprendendo mas pra melhorar meu vocabulário eu tenho que forçar um pouco entao preparem-se. No caso de alguém que leia o Blog saiba a língua, por favor não se acanhe de dar conselhos ou mesmo corrigir meus errros, assim eu aprendo mais rapido. É isso, abraços....

Just passing by to give you some short news. As you already know my Blog comes in two flavors, Portuguese and English, so from now on it will try to come in Croatian also :o).
I have been learning Croatian for a very short time but in order to get better at it I have to push it a little further, so prepare yourself. If someone who reads the Blog happen to know Croatian, please fell completely free do give me some advice and also to correct my mistakes, this helps me to learn faster and better.

Novidades e avisos!!!

Oi Gente,

Vim sem fotos e novo mas so porque a maquina ficou em casa, mas ja separei as fotos pra mostrar para voces os meus progetos mais recentes e fotos de projetos antigos que nunca postei fotos. So pra naum dizer que naum tenho nada pra falar, ja saiu a nova Vogue Kintting (Edicao de aniversario de 25 anos) e pra quem quiser tem 10 receitas free!!!! Tem umas delas (a da Debbie Bliss, foto ai em baixo) que eu fazer com certeza!!). So mais uma coisa andei dando umas visitadas no novo site da Pingouin e tenho que dar o braco a trocer que ele melhorou muito, bem como as receitas, contudo como nada e perfeito..... Tomem muito cuidado com a receita da Blusa Chamonix porque o grafico que eles colocaram no site esta errado, na pala, os 8 pontso centrais devem ser feitos em trico senao naum tem como fazer aquela tranca no centro!!! Eu amei a blusa e estou pensando seriamente em fazer, com alguma modificacoes, mas fica avisado!! Muitos beijos....

I do not have any pictures of my new projects however I already have them at my computer and I just have to organize and post. I have some old stuff I have also took some pictures...old kntting projects that I never showed... The new issue of Vogue Knitting is out!!! It is an aniversary issue and there are 10 projects from free (you can download from the website). Among the projects they are giving there is one from Debbie Bliss that I am going to do for sure (picture above)!!
I have also been wandering in some portuguese knitting sites and I found this project that is beautiful (picture below)!!! I will try to translate to english and post here, but if your are brave you can try to go there and decipher the pattern, but be careful that in the chart for the yoke the 8 central points should be a knit stich not a purl (to make the central cord).

Tenho um monte de coisas para mostrar pra voces mas to sem nenhuma fotos agora entaum vou so contar mesmo o que ando fazendo. Entrei no mistery stole 3 e estou no fim da segunda parte porem acho que fiz um erro logo no comeco que esta me encomodando demais e acho que esse fim de semana vou refazer tudo. Estou terminando o casaco de tweed de algodao e como adoro tweed comprei a la para o segundo. Achei a receita do Urbam Aran Cardigam e eh esse mesmo meu proximo projeto!!!! Quero ver se faco com ziper igual a esse aqui. As lojas de linhas aqui sao sensasionais!!! Fico doida cada vez que entro em uma e jah tenho eventos tricozisticos para frequentar!!! Dia 20 de julho entou indo pra uma encontro com a autora do livro Runaway Knits e em agosto vou participar de um workshop para aprender a tingir la. Acho que deu pra percebe que estou amando....
Prometo pra voces que este fim de semana posto umas fotos novas sem falta.

Finalmente arrumei um tempinho pra escrever novamente....Ja estou a quase uma mes nos EUA e estou a-man-do, de nao fose pelo fato do meu marido estar ainda no Brasil estaria tudo perfeito. Aqui e muito bonitinho e as pessoas muito simpaticas. Assim que tiver tempo vou a uma loja de las para fazer a festa, mas pelo menos ja renovei a assinatura da VogueKnitting deste ano.

Finally I had some time to write again..... I have been in the USA for almost a month and I am loving to live here, it would be perfect if my husband had come with me, but he's coming next week (iupi!!!)
